Visiting charge adjusted bill
Post repairing by Aaiwa partner, the partner shares the adjusted bill amount after excluding the inspection fee.
Service Excludes
Wires and pipes
The copper wires connecting the indoor and outdoor unit and pipes are excluded from the service.
Stands and fasteners
The stand for the outdoor unit and the fasteners used to stabilise it are excluded from the service.
Unit parts
If any parts are to be purchased for repair, the purchase of the parts is excluded from the service.
Finishing jobs including masonry and carpentry
Post-repair masonry and carpentry jobs and such types of finishing jobs are excluded from the service.
POP filling
Alongside carpentry and masonry, the POP filling jobs are out of scope from this service.
Ladder or stools
If the partner has to use a ladder or stool to access the units then the supportive ladder or stool is excluded from the service.

Does my booking cost cover the cost of wires, cables, stands, or other machine parts required for repair?
No. Your booking cost only covers the service cost of the repair job. You may choose to procure the wires, cables, stands, or other machine parts by yourself or you may refer to our rate chart and order them from our portal. Your order for wires, cables, stands, or other machine parts will reflect on your invoice and the professional will carry them along on the date of repair.
Before repair, will the professional check the AC to identify the issue?
Yes. That is the reason we have an inspection visit. Before the repair, the professional will inspect the unit and perform multiple checks including power connectivity, the unit’s body segments, and the gas pipe’s leakage points to identify which part needs repair.
Will I get to check if the AC is functioning properly?
Yes. After the repair, the professional will help you understand what went wrong and what has been repaired. On the basis of knowledge sharing, you can check if your AC is working perfectly.
Will the professional provide services concerning other AC uninstallation?
Our customer-friendly professionals are always ready to offer any sort of consultative support. You can ask them to inspect other AC units you may have. If they have time at their disposal, they will surely help you out with them. In parallel, they will help you book another AC service or add the service charge to your existing booking.

What does a free 30-day Aaiwa warranty cover?
The free 30-day Aaiwa warranty covers the service cost of repair, wires, cables, stands, or other machine parts.
How will you help me if an issue arises after the service?
Although it is highly unlikely that an issue arises after repairing the unit, in case your unit malfunctions after the service, our professionals will pay a visit and check if the fault is due to any manufacturing defect or improper installation. While we request you to connect with the AC company in the case of the former, for the latter our professional will rectify the issue without any cost. Additionally, if you still do not find the service up to your expectations you can avail of a free re-visit within 30 days from the date of installation.
