Order Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on cancellation. The following terms are applicable for any services that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Order Cancellation Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Aaiwa LLC, 9th Floor, QFC Tower 1, Doha, Qatar.

  • Services refer to the services offered for sale on the Platform.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Services from Us.

  • Platform refers to the Website or Mobile App

  • Website refers to aaiwa.com, accessible from https://aaiwa.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 07 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 07 days from the date on which You ordered the Services. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of Your decision by means of a clear statement, either by emailing us at abc@aaiwa.com or by visiting the order tracking page listed under Your account section on the Platform and following the cancellation process where You need to select the option that best describes what Your reason for cancellation is. You need to ensure that Your order cancellation request is duly acknowledged resulting in a valid cancellation.

Valid Order Cancellation

This section elaborates on the nature of valid order cancellation by email or over the Platform

By Email

When You cancel Your order by email, You need to wait for the acknowledgement of Your email in a reply with a valid reference number. The reference number of Your order cancellation request establishes the validity of the order cancellation request. In case of any correspondence, we may ask You for the reference number to track Your order cancellation request. Hence, we recommend that You retain the order cancellation request reference number for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of receiving the order cancellation request reference number.

Over the Platform

When You cancel Your order over the Platform, You need to follow the entire cancellation process till You get the confirmation with a valid reference number. The reference number of Your order cancellation request establishes the validity of the order cancellation request.

In case of any correspondence, we may ask You for the reference number to track Your order cancellation request. Hence, we recommend that You retain the order cancellation request reference number for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of receiving the order cancellation request reference number.

Invalid Order Cancellation

This section elaborates on the nature of invalid order cancellation. Your order cancellation request will be deemed invalid if You do not get the order cancellation reference number either by email or over the Platform. In case of invalid order cancellation, we will not be able to process the cancellation. To help us process Your order cancellation request You need to follow the steps mentioned under Actions for Invalid Order Cancellation.

Actions for Invalid Order Cancellation

This section elaborates on the actions You are required to perform to help us process Your order cancellation request in the event of an Invalid Order Cancellation.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

By Email

In the event of emailing us Your order cancellation request, if You do not get an acknowledgement mail then You need to wait for at least 12 hours but not more than 24 to send us an escalation email at def@aaiwa.com stating Your intention to cancel and showing proof of order cancellation request email.

You need to take a digital print of Your order cancellation request email, attach the digital print to the escalation email, and mail it to us at def@aaiwa.com stating Your intention to cancel.

We will process the cancellation and send You an acknowledgement mail with a cancellation reference number. In case of any correspondence, we may ask You for the reference number to track Your order cancellation request. Hence, we recommend that You retain the order cancellation request reference number for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of receiving the order cancellation request reference number.

Over the Platform

When You cancel Your order over the Platform, You need to follow the entire cancellation process till You get the confirmation with a valid reference number. In case of a system error, if You cannot complete the process, You may get an error page. You are required to take a screenshot of the error page and send us an escalation email at def@aaiwa.com with the screenshot of the error page as an attachment.

We will process the cancellation and send You an acknowledgement mail with a cancellation reference number. In case of any correspondence, we may ask You for the reference number to track Your order cancellation request. Hence, we recommend that You retain the order cancellation request reference number for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of receiving the order cancellation request reference number.
